张明军,男,汉族,1974年2月出生,甘肃省宁县人。现任西北师范大学副校长,甘肃省绿洲资源环境与可持续发展重点实验室主任,教授、博士生导师。主要从事气候变化与水文过程、冰川与环境演变等方面的研究工作。曾主持国家科技基础资源调查专项课题、国家重大科学研究计划项目专题、国家自然科学基金项目、霍英东教育基金项目、中国清洁发展机制基金赠款项目等科研项目10余项,以第一作者或通讯作者在《Water Resources Research》《Journal of Geophysical Research》《Journal of Climate》《Journal of Hydrometeorology》《Journal of Hydrology》《Science of the Total Environment》《Global and Planetary Change》《Tellus B》《Cold Regions Science and Technology》《Environmental Science and Pollution Research》《Quaternary International》《Theoretical and Applied Climatology》《Antarctic Science》《Journal of Geographical Sciences》《科学通报》《自然科学进展》《地理学报》《地质学报》《生态学报》《地学前缘》《地理科学》《地理研究》等国内外刊物上发表学术论文200余篇,其中SCI检索论文80余篇。先后入选陇原青年创新人才扶持计划、甘肃省领军人才、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划和甘肃省高校“飞天学者”特聘教授,获得第十五届甘肃高校青年教师成才奖、首届全国优秀地理科技工作者称号和第十六届甘肃青年五四奖章。
